Shipping charges.

For international shipments, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees, advancement fees, and other charges may be imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are generally the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot determine the amount of duties, VAT, or other import-related charges in advance. We also cannot declare items as “Gift” or declare a value lower than the actual purchase price.

Returns, Defective Products, Cancellation

If there are any discrepancies between your order and the delivered items, defective items, or items damaged during delivery, please contact us via e-mail or contact form within 5 days of receipt of the items.

We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling. If we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund your payment.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong order, wrong image, no longer needed, damage or stain caused by the customer. We also do not accept returns based on the customer's subjective judgment of the item's condition, appearance, or otherwise.

We will only accept returns of unused items if we deem it to be unavoidable, in which case we will deduct the shipping and handling costs incurred from the refund.

Under no circumstances will we accept returns without prior notice. Please be sure to contact us in advance and follow our instructions.

For international shipments, if an item is returned due to refusal of delivery, unpaid duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, long-term absence, or an incorrect address, we may refund the order amount after deducting round-trip shipping costs, payment fees, customs-related fees, and other actual costs.

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed in the destination country or region.
