Returns, Defective Products, Cancellation
If there are any discrepancies between your order and the delivered items, defective items, or items damaged during delivery, please contact us via e-mail or contact form within 5 days of receipt of the items.
We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling. If we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund your payment.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong order, wrong image, no longer needed, damage or stain caused by the customer. We also do not accept returns based on the customer's subjective judgment of the item's condition, appearance, or otherwise.
We will only accept returns of unused items if we deem it to be unavoidable, in which case we will deduct the shipping and handling costs incurred from the refund.
